As part of a physical grain purchase objective , you will have the possibility of acquiring the reservation made on the primary or secondary market and after fixing the price, invoice upon collection or departure via our trading room.
As part of a heritage diversification objective , you will have the possibility of reserving a future production. The key is several possible options: abandonment, resale, transfer. In any case, the objective is not a short-term return but rather the constitution of a sustainable heritage in cereals.
Our Co-Production 'Early Cereals' offers
Turbocereal° supports you in carrying out your project to purchase or reserve future cereals thanks to its network of associates and experts in the agricultural sector.
Three options are then offered to you depending on your risk appetite.
Reservations are not linked to fluctuations in the grain market, reservations correspond to approximately 50/60% of the final price.
1. Cereal Secure : By relying on committed producers, we grow cereals for you over a period of between 1 and 2 years. We assist you in setting the final price or in transferring your reservation before its term. Production secured by insurance and a return for investor/collector >4% /year in the form of a discount when booking.
2. Cereal Impact : By relying on committed producers, we grow cereals for you over a period of between 3 and 5 years. We assist you in setting the final price or in selling your reservation before its term. Long-term production allows the transition of the farmer, the valorization of production data and therefore more yield in the long term for all. >6% /year in the form of a discount when booking.
3. Cereal Climate : By relying on committed producers, we grow cereals for you over a period of between 3 and 5 years. We assist you in setting the final price or in selling your reservation before its term. This offer guarantees the producer a minimum income in the absence of climate insurance and in return the collector/investor reaps a better return >9% in view of the risk of possible partial or total loss.
