COLLABORATIVE MANAGEMENT
A COOPERATIVE OF COLLECTIVE INTEREST
The governance of the Turbocereal France SCIC (collective interest cooperative society) is ensured through an assembly made up of six colleges bringing together the founders, developers and employees, players in the agricultural sector, consumers and investors.
The system ensures a collective vote between all the colleges on all the important decisions of the company. During general meetings, each member has one vote and decisions must be voted on by a majority and thus be able to build tomorrow's agriculture together.

GOVERNANCE
The governance of Turbo Cereal is ensured through an assembly made up of six colleges (Management, Finance, Sectors, Investors, Agriculture and citizen). The system ensures a collective vote on all decisions of the company and suitable for all colleges. All members get one vote and decisions must be taken by majority vote.
