It is a partnership which takes the commercial form: simplified joint stock company (SAS).
Registered in the Trade and Companies Register, it is subject to commercial taxes and operates like any company subject to the requirements of good management and innovation.

The value of the share is set by the statutes. At each closing of accounts, at least 57.5% of the result is allocated to reserves (portion which is deductible from corporate tax)

The company must be of social utility and be organized according to a multi-stakeholder dynamic (there must be at least 3 types of associates: employees, beneficiaries – customers, suppliers, volunteers, etc. – a 3rd type of associate – private company, financier, association, etc.)

TAX BENEFITS
Investing in a SCIC allows you to benefit from a tax reduction of 25% (on the amount invested in capital).
ASSIGNMENT - GRATIFICATION
The shares can be transferred at the rate of €30 per share to another member or free of charge in the case of gratitude, thanks for participation in cereal co-production.
RÉMUNÉRATION
A remuneration of 2% of the amount invested is offered
REFUND
The invested capital can be recovered in full at the same value of €30 per share depending on the investment choice after 5 and a half years, but also each year on October 1 in the case of shares linked to cereal production.
EXAMPLES OF CO-PRODUCTION / PLACEMENT
EXAMPLE 1
An investor places €15,000 in the capital of the SCIC for 5 years: for its development:
he will benefit from a tax reduction of €3,750
he will receive an annual remuneration of €300 over 5 years
he will recover 100% of the amount invested if he wishes after 5 years (€15,000)
EXAMPLE 2
An investor places €150,000 in the capital of the SCIC to co-produce cereals on a harvest
he will not benefit from tax reduction
he will be able to receive an annual remuneration of €3,000 (2%) on September 30, N+1
he will be able to receive from the producer member 4 to 10% of subscribed social shares from the harvests on September 30, N+1, i.e. up to €15,000 in gratitude and thanks for his participation in the cultivation of cereals.
